Co-creating cities fit for young people

Partnering in 2020 with SDG CoLab and Fondation Botnar

Geneva, Switzerland, December 2019

We are excited to announce our collaboration with SDG CoLab, the recipient of a new grant by Fondation Botnar to advance innovative work in cities as agents of change.

The project will focus on Cluj-Napoca, capital of Transylvania and the 2nd largest and the fastest-growing city in Romania, also known as 2015 European Youth Capital. Working at the nexus of young people, city ecosystems and technology, we will be co-designing a collective action with a range of public and private partners to strengthen health and wellbeing, and education of young people, while developing best practices and sharing it with other cities in Europe ad in the world.

SDG CoLab is a Swiss non-profit association empowering change agents such as cities, youth, and culture for positive societal and environmental impact, reaching the Sustainable Development Goals through collective action.

Foundation Botnar is a Swiss-based foundation which champions the use of AI and young people by putting research at the forefront of all our work, establishing Learning Hubs in the secondary cities around the world.
